What is money for?

When you need money and you refuse to accept it. Does it happen in your life once or twice? Oh! It means you're being tested to promote your level in life, living standard in life. It means you consider your life not only to get material wealth but also to see another side of the view. 

You don't take life for granted at all. You have an inner eye which helps you see the hidden values of life. You are very considerate towards the needs of others. You are a really very lucky one!

 
    On the other side, you need money to fulfil your needs. How to meet these challenges? Yes, of course, you have to make choices. Now you hinge with your fulfilments and obligations. For instance, your kids need uniforms and new shoes for the new session and you have very limited resources. In such a situation, you'll ignore your personal needs and decide to carry on with the previous stuff. There is a sudden rise in the prices of goods and you're a salaried person. What will you do, definitely, have to manage to meet your ends meet?  Here lie the opportunities you make your test of time better and better. But, again, I tell you, it's not as easy as you think. You may avail of the opportunity and ruin your life. There is no limit to satisfying your need. "The more you get the more you want." There are innumerable desires in the limited resources of life.  You may object to my point of view, but I would humbly request to see whether you have gained the targets you set for yourself. How much time do you need to fulfil these desires? Have your gains and losses upset your peace of mind? Has your money given you health and satisfaction? Have you achieved your all goals?
    Let's understand it with another example: a certain situation arises that leads you to anger and you have to decide to respond with retaliation or let it begone bygone. You think that you become angry to respond. No, that's an opportunity to pay the price for the paradise afterlife hereafter. When you are silent and try to ignore your anger, you are actually paying the price to gain paradise. You seem to see it to be impossible, but once you have made it, you will realize the real worth of it. You can easily handle another critical situation. You can judge it well before happening any mishap. 

    There is another check to evaluate to engulf anger in your life. Review your past and see the disastrous effect of your anger in life. Did it change your relations? Did it make you curse yourself afterwards? Did you learn any lessons? Let's have the following steps to boost your personality. You can become a superhuman being from an ordinary human being:
  • Money is necessary but it cannot solve all problems.
  • Money can buy a luxurious bed but it cannot buy peaceful sleep. 
  • Money is necessary to meet both ends meet but it cannot buy health.
  • Money can make you rich but it will make you more insecure in certain situations.
  • Money can give you luxuries but it will also bring accidents in your life.
  • Money can buy to hire the time of others but you cannot buy any time for yourself.
Thus in order to lead a successful and happy life you need health, self-respect and self-knowledge, and these are very rare in your life. Life is very precious, handle it with prayers and services to others. Serve the needy and the destitute.

We usually forget that every one of us is heading towards the final destination of our Life. New babies are born and living souls are departing after one another. Yesterday, our dearest and respected leader and guide, Muhammad Akmal A Rahman (Director of Punjab College Sialkot) left this mortal world after a short and desperate struggle to survive in a hospital. During his very short journey towards the final destination, he has left a lasting mark on everyone's heart and mind. Those who knew the departed soul cannot help praising his services and leadership capability.
