How to lead a Happy and Healthy long life- Life time Tips

How one can lead a long and healthy life

There are many people who live on this earth, but only a few of them know how to lead happy and healthy life. They enjoy a long life that makes others jealous. However, there's no need to have your DNA upshot yet to determine what genes you are carrying because it won’t change what you need to do now. However, you have the power and will to change many things that influence your health and how long you live on this earth. Here are 10 golden steps that will help you have the longest, healthiest life possible if you follow:
Golden Tips:

1. Never try to smoke.
2. Try to be physically active and productive every day.
3. Eat a healthy diet rich in whole grains, less protein, fresh vegetables, and fruits. Reduce or avoid unhealthy saturated fats and trans fats. Instead, use healthier monou saturated and polyunsaturated fats.
4. Be sure to get enough vitamin D and calcium every day.
5. Maintain a healthy weight and body shape.
6. Challenge your mind with brain teaser puzzles.
7. Build a strong social network as possible you can.
8. Protect your sight, hearing and general health by following preventive care guidelines and light exercise.
9. Floss, brush, and see a dentist regularly. Poor oral health may have many effects. It can lead to poor nutrition, pain and possibly even higher risk of heart disease and stroke.
10. Discuss with your doctor whether you need any medicine to help you stay healthy. These might include medicines to control high blood pressure and treat osteoporosis or lower cholesterol, for example:

Once you have a productive and active life, you automatically lead a happy life. It does not matter how old you are, you still have a lot of energy and zeal and zest to enjoy all the activities occurring around you. You perform such duties which not only give you benefits but also benefit the people who live around you. On the other hand, those who are bed stricken not only upset their life but also lead a disturbed life.

One of my relatives deals in clothes and leads a healthy life though he has some minor health issues, however, enjoying a fruitful life. He has a large family to look after. Nobody can guess his age when he is involved in any chores or other activities.
